Our top priority is to satisfy customers. We are aware that sometimes, things may be damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched. This is the reason why our products come with a good return policy.

Exchanges for damaged or missing items must be requested within 48 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for the return authorisation process.

If the return is the result of our error, we’ll additionally cover the shipping expenses for the return (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Any new, unopened, damaged, or faulty products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment tracking information for the product.

For return authorisation, you must get in touch with our customer service team. If permitted, you must return the items to us using a shipping service that offers tracking (this tracking information must be provided to us).

Any products being returned must be in their original packing, which must include the product’s box and EVERY original piece of covering. All original packing and contents must be included in the return; otherwise, it will be rejected. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.After handing your box to the return shipper, you should receive your refund within two weeks, but you may get your money back sooner. This time limit accounts for both the transportation time (5–10 business days) for us to receive your return from the shipper and the processing time (upon receipt) for your return (3 to 5 business days).
